Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management from brief to final delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Translate client needs into clear, structured, and actionable briefs
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions with the creative team
  • Build clear timelines, workflows, and task breakdowns for each project
  • Ensure all deliverables are on track, on scope, and meet quality standards
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, ads, etc.)
  • Handle client feedback and ensure smooth revision cycles
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and provide solutions
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Continuously improve internal processes and project workflows

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing/creative/digital agency
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong ability in both ideation and execution (not just admin/project tracking)
  • Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to create clear plans, timelines, and workflows
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, assertive, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of digital campaigns (social media, ads, content, etc.)
