Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management from brief to final delivery
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Translate client needs into clear, structured, and actionable briefs
- Contribute to campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions with the creative team
- Build clear timelines, workflows, and task breakdowns for each project
- Ensure all deliverables are on track, on scope, and meet quality standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, copy, ads, etc.)
- Handle client feedback and ensure smooth revision cycles
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and provide solutions
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure overall satisfaction
- Continuously improve internal processes and project workflows
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in a marketing/creative/digital agency
- Proven experience in client-facing roles
- Strong ability in both ideation and execution (not just admin/project tracking)
- Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to create clear plans, timelines, and workflows
- Excellent communication skills — clear, assertive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of digital campaigns (social media, ads, content, etc.)
