Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, tripods, and audio gear
- Assist with setting up the studio before and after shoots
- Execute production activities during shooting sessions (camera handling, directing angles, basic lighting adjustments)
- Support livestreams or recordings, ensuring technical quality and time efficiency
- Collaborate with video editors and creative teams to ensure smooth handoff of raw footage
- Organize and manage production files and assets
- Maintain studio cleanliness, readiness, and safety
- Stay updated with production trends and gear usage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production support or similar roles
- Familiarity with basic camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless/video cameras)
- Able to handle light equipment setup (lighting, backdrop, tripod, etc.)
- Strong sense of timing and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment
- Basic understanding of studio workflows and content production processes
- Willing to work from office/studio during production schedules
- Experience in live production or basic editing skills (Premiere, OBS, etc.)
- Openness to using AI tools for script generation, shot planning, or productivity
