Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and marketing needs
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and other creatives to ensure cohesive storytelling across visuals and motion
- Enhance video content through strong pacing, music selection, transitions, and basic motion graphics
- Adapt video and visual concepts across multiple formats and platforms (vertical, square, horizontal)
- Create and support basic to intermediate static design assets (e.g. thumbnails, social posts, simple layouts) using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Organize raw footage, project files, and creative assets efficiently
- Stay up to date with video, design, and content trends, bringing fresh and bold ideas to the table
- Support additional creative or editing needs as projects evolve
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of professional design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing design versatility (branding, digital, social)
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or equivalent tools
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Comfortable using AI tools to ideate, prototype, or optimize designs
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- A digital-first mindset with a love for fast iterations and feedback
