Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall creative vision of the agency
- Shape the creative positioning and standard across all client portfolios
- Develop high-impact, insight-driven campaign concepts aligned with business strategy
- Translate market trends and consumer behavior into strategic creative direction
- Act as the final decision-maker for creative quality and brand alignment
- Lead, inspire, and elevate the performance of the creative department
- Build a strong creative culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and excellence
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align creative output with agency growth goals
- Strengthen agency reputation through breakthrough ideas and award-worthy campaigns
- Oversee major pitches and high-level client presentations
- Identify opportunities for creative expansion, new formats, and service innovation
- Establish scalable creative processes and performance benchmarks
Preferred Qualifications:
- +5 years in marketing/advertising agency or creative industry
- Proven experience leading creative teams (Graphic designs, Social Media team, content creators, copy writers, editors, etc)
- Strong portfolio with high-impact, strategically driven campaigns
- Experienced in handling major clients and leading big pitches
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and business growth
